Terms of Service

By accessing or using the RenLeap platform ("Service"), operated by LeapToward.AI Corporation ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

RenLeap is an AI-powered interview and narrative intelligence platform designed for higher education institutions. The Service facilitates asynchronous stakeholder interviews, generates narrative outputs, and provides consent-tracked content management and export capabilities.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Institutional administrators may invite users and assign roles (viewer, operator, admin) that determine access levels within the platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or institutional affiliation
• Attempt to access data or features beyond your authorized role
• Use interview content in ways that violate consent permissions
• Interfere with the Service's operation or security
• Scrape, crawl, or automated-harvest content from the platform

Interview participants retain ownership of their responses. By participating in an interview, participants grant a limited license for their responses to be processed by the platform and used in accordance with their consent preferences.

Institutional users may only use generated outputs (narratives, quotes, summaries) for purposes approved by the participant through the per-quote consent mechanism. Using content beyond granted consent constitutes a violation of these Terms.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate narrative outputs from interview data. AI-generated content is provided as a draft and should be reviewed by authorized personnel before external use. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

The RenLeap platform, including its design, code, and documentation, is the property of LeapToward.AI Corporation. You retain ownership of content you create or provide through the Service. We claim no ownership over interview responses or institutional data.

Institutional access to RenLeap may be governed by a separate institutional agreement. In the event of conflict between these Terms and an institutional agreement, the institutional agreement shall prevail for users covered by that agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeapToward.AI Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you or your institution for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your data prior to termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeapToward.AI Corporation is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
